- The prices are without norwegian VAT/taxes 25 %.
Some jewellery or some sizes can be sold out for shorter periods of time.
- Payment terms: In advance with credit card.
- When paying with credit card, please give us the credit card number and the expiration date.
- Jewellery in stock will be sent within 3-5 working days. We do not guaratee that we have all jewellery in stock.
- Orders abroad will, according to norwegian law, be sent by a certified transportation-firm. Juhls Silvergallery send all packages with FedEx Express.
Shipping takes between 10-15 days. The price for the shipping abroad will be charged by Juhls according to FedEx price rates.
The price varies depending on the value of the goods and wich country it is to be sent to.
Orders around 1000 NOK usually costs between 170-230 NOK. Please note that some countries demands duty for silvergoods, in addition to the VAT/taxes for the country.
- Orders within Norway will be sent with Posten Norge and takes 1-5 days. Prices follow Posten Norges rates and varies according to weight/value.
- All jewellery will be sent as insured package.
- If a customer would like to change or return their goods and get a refund it is possible within 14 days. Notification of use of the right of cancellation must be given to us by the deadline.
Cancellation rights do not apply if the product has been used and if damage or deterioration is caused by the negligence or lack of care from the consumer's side. Return costs are borne by the consumer.
